Return & Exchange Policy

At The Bling Edit, each product is carefully crafted, inspected, and packed to meet our quality standards. As our collections include handcrafted, design-focused pieces, we follow a strict no-return and no-exchange policy, except in specific cases outlined below.

No Returns / No Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
  • Products once sold cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances other than damage during transit.

Replacement Policy (Damaged Products Only)

We offer replacement only if the product received is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

Eligibility for Replacement

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The damage must be clearly visible and reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory, recorded from the moment the package is opened.
  • Clear photographs of:
    • The damaged product
    • Outer packaging
    • Inner packaging
      must be shared with our team.

Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

How to Raise a Replacement Request

Please email us at marketing@theblingedit.com or message at +91 98313 29687 within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Unboxing video
  • Images of the damaged product and packaging
  • Brief description of the issue

Once verified, a replacement of the same product will be dispatched.
If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:

  • Request for upto 14 days of remaking the product, or
  • An alternative product

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders – Special Clause

  • For COD orders, once the product packaging is opened, it cannot be returned or replaced.
  • Customers opting for COD are requested to inspect the outer package before opening and record an unboxing video without fail.

Important Notes

  • Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish are part of the handcrafted nature of our products and do not qualify as damage.
  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery are not eligible for replacement.
  • The Bling Edit reserves the right to approve or reject replacement requests after verification.
  • Replacement processing time may take 7–14 working days after approval.
